FAQs

How do you exfoliate your face?

Using the GOSHI Exfoliating Complexion Pad is simple:

  1. Lather the pad with your favorite facial cleanser, such as our Super Vitamin Face Wash.
  2. Gently scrub your face using small, circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Let the textured weave do the work—there's no need to apply heavy pressure.
  3. Rinse your face and the pad thoroughly, then squeeze out excess water and hang the pad to air dry.

How often should you exfoliate your face?

For most skin types, we recommend using the GOSHI Exfoliating Complexion Pad 2–3 times per week. This provides effective exfoliation while helping to keep your skin smooth, clear, and refreshed.

If you have sensitive skin, start with once a week and gradually increase frequency as your skin adjusts. If you have oily or combination skin, you may be able to exfoliate more often, depending on your skin's needs.

Do you exfoliate before or after cleansing?

For the best results, cleanse first, then exfoliate.

Start by washing your face with a gentle cleanser, such as our Super Vitamin Face Wash, to remove dirt, oil, sunscreen, and makeup. Then, use the Exfoliating Complexion Pad to gently sweep away any remaining buildup, dead skin cells, and impurities, leaving your skin feeling smoother and refreshed.

This simple routine helps maximize the benefits of both products while keeping your skin clean and comfortable. Finish with a nourishing moisturizer to lock in hydration.

What should you do after exfoliating your face?

After exfoliating your face, follow the rest of your skincare routine to help hydrate, soothe, and protect your skin.

  1. Apply a toner, such as our Super Vitamin Elixir Toner, to refresh your skin and prepare it for the next steps.
  2. Follow with a moisturizer, like our Super Vitamin Face Moisturizer, to lock in hydration and support your skin barrier.
  3. If it's daytime, finish with sunscreen to help protect your freshly exfoliated skin from UV damage.
